What is your return policy, and how do I return something?

While we hope that you are in love with your SKINRAGEOUS purchase, we do understand that you may need to return a product. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase.

Returns

We will gladly accept gently-used returns up to 30 days after purchase. You will be refunded for the amount of your return, less shipping and handling. To qualify for a full refund of purchased product(s), your return must include any gifts with purchase.

For US orders, please send the products you would like to return with a copy of your order ID to:

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2-4 weeks to process the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that your item is protected and does not get lost in the mail. We are not responsible for lost shipments.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@skingasm.com.

Standard Ground Service

Skinrageous currently ships within the United States and U.S. Territories only. We apologize, but Skinrageous is currently unable to accept orders for delivery to international addresses outside of the United States.
